Whatever your level of experience with Agile or your preferred style of facilitating, GoRetro provides a variety of useful settings to ensure a productive meeting including toggles for team anonymity, focusing on top voted cards and many more.

Board Settings

Select your board by clicking on it in the "Dashboard" tab, then click on the gear icon on the right. Below is a list of the available configurations:

Anonymity settings

• Hide cards - Click to hide cards so each team member will only be able to view the cards he created. This can help the team be non-biased to others’ ideas.
• Hide comments - Choose whether the card comments will be visible or not to all members. Hide card comments to ensure your team's feedback is unbiased.
• Hide vote count - Click this to prevent members from seeing how many votes a card has, members will still be able to place their own votes. This can help the team vote without being affected by other votes.
• Hide card author - Choose to show or hide the card's author to make people feel more comfortable adding their feedback anonymously.

Voting settings

• Allow voting - Uncheck this option to disable voting when you are ready to start the discussion and do not want any vote changes. Both the voting icon and the vote counts will not appear when checked.
• Max votes - Select a limited number of votes to help members focus on the cards that are more most important to them.

Board Actions

• Show top 5 voted cards - Select to show the top 5 voted cards to prioritize your discussion.
• Reset all votes - If you'd like to start a new voting session, reset all votes and your board will be ready to go.
• Request feedback - Select the team members, click "Send" and all selected members will receive an email requesting their feedback and a link to the board.
• Delete all cards - Be careful because you can't undo this one, but if you're sure about it select "I want to delete all cards, this action cannot be reverted." click "Yes, delete it!" and your board will be ready to start over.
• Delete board - Be careful because you can't undo this one, but if you're sure about it select "I want to delete the board and all its messages, this action cannot be reverted." click "Yes, delete it!" and your board and all of its content will be gone forever.
