One of the retrospective's goals is to create and commit to a list of action items that will promise the team's continued improvement. Create your action items from your cards and follow up on them to ensure they are handled.
There are two options to create action items within your board:
Note: action items in public boards do not include an assignee.
To view your action items from previous boards:
To view all your action items, click on the "Action Items" tab. In this page, you will see a list of your action items by created date, owner, board name, team name, card title, description, status, and due date.
To filter your action items, hover over the column header and click on the filter icon to select your filter conditions.
To update the action item's details (owner, due dates, etc) click on one of them and edit them.
To delete an action item, click on the trash icon next to it.
To sort your action items, click on the header of the column.
When exporting a board, the relevant action items will appear in the exported report as well. Follow this article for further instructions on how to export a board.
