Sharing Retrospective Boards

After successfully creating your retrospective board, make sure you share it with your team.

Sharing Team boards

To share team boards, invite member/s to your team.

Team members who accepted the invitation and signed up will automatically have access to all of the teams' boards after logging in.

If you wish to share a specific board with your team, you have the following options:

  1. Click the "Share" option on the board that you would like to share. The board's URL will be copied to your clipboard and you can then send it to any team member.

  1. Open the board, click the "Share board" button found at the top right of your board, and then you can either:
  2. Click "Copy link" - the board's URL will be copied to your clipboard and you can send it directly to your team members.
  3. Click "Invite all" - this will send an email to all of your team members. You can also click "custom list" if you would like to only send to specific team members.
  4. Requesting feedback from your team members:
  5. Open your board
  6. Click on the gear icon found on the top right of your board.
  7. Click on the "Request feedback" button.
  8. Select the chosen members and click send.
  9. An email will be sent to chosen members comprising the board's URL.

Note: You can also copy the URL directly from the board that you are on and send it to members of your team.

Sharing Public boards

Public boards are accessible to anyone who has a link to them, without signing up or logging in to GoRetro.

To share a public board, head to your public boards dashboard and click the "Share" option on the board that you would like to share. The board's URL will be copied to your clipboard and you can then send it to anyone you would like to access it.

You can also click the "Share Board" option at the top right of your board and it's URL will be copied to your clipboard so that you can send it to anyone you would like to access it.

Note: You can also copy the URL directly from the public board that you are on.
