What is the Scrum Values format?
The Scrum Values format revolves around five values, which are courage, commitment, focus, respect, and openness. The format’s main goal is to assess how a team perceives itself when it comes to those five values.
Here is how it works. First, the facilitator and the team will discuss and establish an understanding of each of the five values. Second, each member rates, from 1 to 5, where the team stands in each value. Third, the members will rate each value in order, from worst (1) to best (5). Lastly, the facilitator will add up all of the data to create a graph comparing results from the two exercises.
